Remember that many of our members only curl once a week and games should only be cancelled as the very last resort.

Please make every effort to attend your scheduled games or arrange for someone to spare for you if you cannot make it.
Make sure you call your skip to let them know you won't be there and who will be sparing for you.

If your entire team cannot play, be sure to call the opposing team's skip to let them know.
Many of our members travel a long way so be sure to give at least a day's notice for a game cancellation.
You should also call the club with any game cancellations as soon as possible as other teams may want to use the time slot.

If at any time curling is cancelled completely, the skip of each team will be called by the league coordinator and skips will be responsible for calling the rest of the team.
Decisions to cancel due to bad weather will be made at noon and will be posted on the front page of the website.
